Mrs A Hartley

Midday Supervisor

I grew up in Stratford and live here with my husband, six children and a very energetic puppy. All but one of my children have so far attended Stratford Primary, with my youngest one hoping to join in a couple of years!
I started my career with children as a Midday Supervisor here, whilst studying part time for an English Literature and Language degree. I then completed my Primary PGCE with a languages specialism at the University of Warwick.
Afterwards, I returned to the school as a teaching assistant for Year 6 and Year 2 and also taught French and PSHE. I have a particular interest in special educational needs and so the following year I became a 1-to-1 teaching assistant at Bridgetown School. Having taken a break to raise my two youngest children I have been extremely lucky to return to Stratford Primary as 1-to-1 teaching assistant once more.
As you can imagine, my large family and puppy keep me very busy and I enjoy days out, reading and long walks with the family.
