Reading, writing and oral communication are taught extremely well. Teachers extend pupils' skills across the curriculum and instil a love of reading. Texts are well matched to pupils' reading abilities and interests.
This week is Shakespeare week - take time to share some of Shakespeare's works with your child.
Education is about giving children choices for the future.
At Stratford-Upon-Avon Primary we have a strong belief that every child deserves a chance regardless of their skills or abilities and are given as many opportunities as they can to succeed. We are constantly creating and adapting an environment that is safe, fun, inspirational, ambitious and full of care. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff, parents and volunteers to share this commitment.
We are very much a part of the community of Stratford and are focussed on developing strong partnerships with The Royal Shakespeare company, VASA, Heart of England Forest, Stratford foodbank and more. We are proud to be part of The Community Academies Trust and value all children in our care as individuals and are committed to ensuring excellence for all.Mrs Gill Humphriss
